Partnerships Development Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinating a team of Partnership Development Assistants and Junior Managers.
• Project identification
• Partnership development
• Development of expressions of interest
• Understand and manage client expectations and needs.
• Preparation of technical proposals
• Searching for suitable external experts.
• Design and development of methodologies and project strategies
• Design of supervision, support and quality control mechanisms.
• Preparation of work plans adjusted to the requirements of the terms of reference
• Elaboration of the Logical Frameworks;
• Preparation of financial proposals.

EDUCATION:

• University degree, preferably at postgraduate or Master's level from a reputable university
• Languages: English spoken and written perfectly. French and Spanish will be an asset.
• Mastery of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.

 EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in preparing of national and/or international tenders/calls for proposals.

 CONDITIONS

• Exclusive full-time contract for a period of one year, renewable to permanent status.
• Success fees on the nominal value of the margin of each contract acquired (contracts ranging from USD 200,000 to USD 5,000,000).
